Laboratory Equipment
To maintain our commitment to quality, Kingdotech’s laboratory is equipped with the latest analytical instruments. Our comprehensive suite of equipment includes:
Specific Surface Area Analyzer
SSAA can accurately measure the specific surface area of CMS, helping to analyze the pore size distribution, pore volume, and other parameters of CMS. This optimizes its molecular sieving effect, improves its preparation process and performance, ensures product consistency and quality, and prevents performance variations between batches.
Pore Volume Analyzer
The PVA accurately measures the pore volume of CMS, and provides detailed information about the pore structure of CMS, including the total pore volume and the volume of pores within specific size ranges. Regular use of the PVA in CMS production ensures consistent quality and performance. It helps detect any variations in pore structure between batches, allowing for adjustments to be made to maintain uniformity.
Compression Strength Tester
Compression Strength Tester (CST) primarily serves to evaluate and ensure the mechanical strength and structural integrity of Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS). Through CST, the mechanical strength of each batch of CMS can be consistently ensured, guaranteeing product quality stability, and optimizing subsequent production processes to improve the mechanical strength of CMS.
Abrasion Rate Analyzer
Abrasion Rate Analyzer primarily serves to evaluate and ensure the wear resistance and service life of Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS), measuring the wear rate of CMS in environments with friction or vibration. This assessment ensures consistent wear resistance across each batch of CMS, guaranteeing the stability of product quality.
We’ll Test Your Carbon Molecular Sieve
