The minimum order quantity for our carbon molecular sieves is 40 kg.
What Are the Payment Terms?
After signing the contract, a 50% prepayment is required. The remaining balance must be paid before shipment.
What Is the Lifespan of the Molecular Sieves?
The lifespan of molecular sieves depends on two main factors:
Proper Packing: Inadequate packing in the adsorption tower can lead to pulverization, which is supported by compression strength and abrasion rate metrics.
Quality of Compressed Air: The oil and moisture content in the compressed air, indicated by the pressure dew point, also affects the lifespan. Typically, a dew point of:
-20°C results in a lifespan of 1-3 years,
-40°C results in a lifespan of 3-5 years,
-70°C results in a lifespan of over 10 years.
Therefore, the lifespan of molecular sieves should be evaluated based on the entire nitrogen generator system and requires periodic assessment.
